The CPD-accredited Narrative-Enabled Leader is a development programme of applied learning with master storytellers, designed to empower leaders with advanced storytelling and influencing skills.
This programme is for:
Teams who want to develop their personal leadership skills to use in their organisation or in their own business. While developing their knowledge and skills in storytelling, they’re also developing a supportive, ongoing common bond and are part of a cross-fertilisation of ideas and sharing of stories.

Course content
(three-hour workshop)
Where we provide leaders with a comprehensive understanding of the science and power of story in business, help them to develop their own character and authentic tone of voice, and teach them how to use story and structure to influence.
(over three weeks)
Where we inspire workshop participants with weekly story tips and insights to use day-to-day, provide coaching support on an individual basis, and run a weekly drop-in Writer’s Room to share experience and build confidence.
(three-hour follow-up workshop)
Where we take the storytelling capabilities of participants to the next level. We’ll recap and explore how techniques have worked in practice over the last four weeks, encourage everyone to share what they’ve learned and experienced, and build an action plan that transforms the way they lead.

Where we focus on developing our participants’ theoretical knowledge and understanding of story, how it works and how it can be applied to their own business challenges to engage and inspire.
